What do you mean we get a free website?
We'll setup an entire website for you within WNYHI absolutely free. You'll be able to show Buffalo and WNY homeowners what you're really all about - photos, videos, logo, motto, references, skills & specialties - everything. There's no limits and no fees whatsoever. We want you to be able to show your potential customers the best of what you have to offer.
Why would you offer it for free?
Because we're pros at building websites, and building a home improvement website for our contractors doesn't take very long and costs basically nothing. There are a ton of home improvement contractors that do not have a website or any web presence whatsoever. They also don't have the time or expertise to put together an Internet marketing campaign. Well, that's what we do, so we'll take care of that for you. Now you'll be able to have a really nice website and all the benefits that come with it, without having to spend the time and money to set it all up. We want to make sure that WNY Home Improvement offers Buffalo contractors the very best value we possibly can, and at the same time be able to offer Western New York homeowners great information about our contractors, and this is one of the best way we know how to accomplish both at the same time.
Ok, seriously, what are all of the costs associated with being a member of WNYHI?
Seriously, $8 per estimate request...that's it. Not a nickel more. No contracts, no signup fees, no monthly fees, no termination fees, no fees for the website we'll build for you...nothing. We're 100% certain you're going to love what we have to offer, and we want to take all the risk out of being a member of our site. So there's no need to tie you in with contracts or hidden fees or termination clauses of any sort. Signup for free, stay as long as you like, leave at anytime. Simple as that. If we do a great job, we know you'll stick around, and that's how we intend to keep our members here for the long run.
Ok, well what if I don't want any more estimate requests for a while?
No problem - we've got ya covered. We want to make sure you have the flexibility you need to adapt your business to changing conditions. Going on vacation? Overwhelmed with work? Funding getting tight? With the click of a button you can pause or resume our service at any time, as often as you like, for free.
So how are the payment arrangements made?
You'll put money into your account up front for the estimate requests you'd like to receive. Each estimate request is $8, so if you were to put $80 into your account, you're now paid up for the next 10 estimate requests. When your account gets low, simply add more funds to it. When you login to your account you'll be able to see exactly how much is in your account at all times, and we'll send you email notices when your funds are getting low. We ask for a minimum of $32 at a time, the value of four estimate requests, in order to keep the administrative overhead to a reasonable level.
So what happens to any remaining funds in my account if I no longer would like to be a member of the site?
You'll get every nickel back immediately - no fees - no questions asked. As we mentioned earlier, we intend to keep you around for the long run by doing a great job. If you're no longer looking for work or no longer want to be a member of the site, we'll refund your unused funds immediately and simply wish you the best of luck - no harm done.
